Jasmine Sierra is a Reiki Master teacher and birth worker, and the founder of Arrise Reiki Massage. Her work brings together Reiki, intuitive energy work, therapeutic massage, and somatic practices to create a space for deep rest, grounding, and reconnection.

Jasmine’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing can be both gentle and transformative. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to the individual, incorporating energy work and bodywork to support relaxation, release tension, restore balance, and reconnect clients with their own inner wisdom.

Jasmine has spent the past several years creating supportive spaces for clients to slow down, listen inward, and move through periods of transition with greater presence and intention. Her work also extends into birth and postpartum care, where she draws on her experience as a birth worker to support individuals through the physical, emotional, and energetic transitions of becoming and nurturing life.
