APPOINTMENT POLICY

We know plans change and unexpected things can happen. Because our practitioners reserve their time specifically for you, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one appointment.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled directly through Jane, our online scheduling system, up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need help with your appointment, you can also email us at community@wakewellnesscollective.com and we’ll help however we can, including connecting you with your practitioner when needed.

Please note that messages sent through social media aren’t considered cancellation notice.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Missed Appointments

If an appointment is missed without notice, the full service fee will be charged.

Arriving for Your Appointment

For your first visit, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before your session. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to end at the originally scheduled time so your practitioner can stay on schedule for the rest of their day.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and there is no longer enough time for your practitioner to meaningfully provide the scheduled service, the appointment may need to be canceled and the late cancellation fee will apply.

Illness + Unexpected Circumstances

If you’re feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home and let us know as soon as you can.

We understand that illness, emergencies, and genuinely unexpected circumstances happen. When they do, please reach out to your practitioner directly, or via email at community@wakewellnesscollective.com, and we will connect you to your practitioner from there. We’ll always do our best to approach those situations with care while also honoring the time our practitioners have reserved.

Appointment Reminders

JaneApp will send appointment confirmations and reminders leading up to your visit. We recommend taking a moment to review the date and time when those come through and making any changes as early as possible.

EVENT POLICY

Because our events are intentionally curated and space is limited, all event ticket sales are final.

If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just email us at community@wakewellnesscollective.com at least 4 hours prior to the event and let us know who will be attending in your place.

We aren’t able to offer refunds or account credit for missed events or tickets that aren’t used.

If WAKE Changes an Event

If we need to cancel an event, you’ll receive an option for credit or full refund.

If an event needs to be moved to a different date and the new date no longer works for you, we’ll be happy to refund your ticket.

RETAIL RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to cherish what you bring home from our studio. Most unused retail items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Returns + Exchanges

Items should be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in their original condition with packaging intact. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase with you. Returns and exchanges can be made in the studio and are subject to current product availability.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Final Sale Items

For health, safety, and practical reasons, some items can’t be returned once purchased. This includes:

• Opened or used personal care and wellness products

• Ingestible products

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase
