Michelle Glassman is the founder of WAKE Wellness Collective and a licensed acupuncturist whose work lives at the intersection of Chinese medicine, breath, movement, ritual, and sensory experience.
Her path began in the mountains of Colorado, where an early relationship with medicinal plants, yoga, and intentional living shaped the way she understood wellness: not as something separate from everyday life, but as something embedded within it. She completed her 200-hour yoga training at Samadhi in Denver before returning to Pennsylvania to earn a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. In 2023, she continued her studies with David Elliott in Sandia Park, New Mexico, becoming certified in Breathwork.
Michelle’s approach is intuitive, grounded, and highly individualized. Drawing from Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture, Western herbalism, breathwork, and somatic practices, she works with clients across emotional health, fertility, cosmetic acupuncture, nervous system regulation, and embodied release.
At the center of her practice is a belief that healing is not about fixing the body. It is about creating the conditions for the body to reorganize, soften, and return to itself. Through WAKE, Michelle is interested in expanding the idea of what a wellness space can be: considered, beautiful, and rooted in practices that invite people back into relationship with their bodies.
